Workout options for every level of fitness.

RX

The prescribed workout for the day. Typically ideal for people that can do most basic movements and have some time in CrossFit.

SCALED

A slightly modified version of RX for athletes that are progressing in their skill and overall fitness.

SHIFT

A great option for beginners, senior athletes, and when you simply feel less than optimal due to sleep, travel, illness, etc. A focus on bodyweight movements, light loads, and range of motion.
